Emma ‘Stitchbirds’ Summer 09/10 Collection Shoot

Emma SS10 - Brett StanleyDesigner Direction had the privilege of shooting designer Emma Wallace’s latest summer collection ‘Stitchbirds’ a few weekends back. So we gathered up some of our Wellington crew, a mountain of garments (and cupcakes) and ventured out on location to shoot.

The result of our first ever ‘DD Fashion Shoot’ is awesome and yes we are bias but check out the shoot below to decide for yourself.

Many thanks to the weather god’s who were merciful and kept the rain at bay and also to the team who brought it all together; Roc, Brett, Jaime, Lin, Rebecca, Jonathan A & Jonathan J.

Stitchbirds is an eclectic mix of day and dancing frocks, mix and match separates, frills, satins, prints and all easy to wear and comfortable for the New Zealand summer. There are some delicious dresses within this range and if you want to get your hands on a piece or three visit Emma’s website for stockists – http://www.emmacollections.com
